Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or booking a session with New Hamro Digital, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Booking & Payments

To secure a date for your event, a non-refundable booking deposit may be required. Full payment is due upon or before the delivery of final images. We accept bank transfers, digital wallets (eSewa/Khalti), and cash.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

New Hamro Digital retains the copyright to all images captured during the session. Clients are granted a personal use license, allowing them to print and share images on social media. Commercial use requires a separate written agreement.

5. Delivery Timeline

Editing timelines vary by service:

• Portraits & Small Events: 7-10 business days.
• Weddings & Large Events: 4-6 weeks for full gallery delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to secure your digital assets, New Hamro Digital is not liable for data loss due to unforeseen technical failures beyond our control after images have been delivered and accepted by the client.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these services shall be settled in the courts of Kathmandu.
